How long is the trial period for Daton?
We offer a no-obligation trial experience where you can test connectors and platform features at no cost for up to 14 days.
What are my billing options?
Daton offers monthly and annual subscriptions either paid via invoice or through credit card. If you need greater flexibility, choose our monthly, usage-based pricing option. If you’d like to benefit from lower rates, our team will partner with you on an annual subscription.
What plan should I choose?
Lite and Starter plans are recommended for small to midsize companies with no need sync frequencies faster than 1-hour.
Growth plan is better suited for larger brands
Business, and Enterprise plans are designed for larger brands, agencies, and aggregators with high data volumes, higher number of connectors and integrations as well as more timely support
Can I upgrade my plan?

What is a data source?
Any connector in Daton where we extract data is termed as a source. Amazon,Google Analytics, and Shopify are some examples of sources.
What is an integration?
An instance of a source that has been configured is termed as an integration. If you configure Shopify to extract data from a US site, that configuration counts towards your integration quota.
How many custom data connectors can be added?
We add up to customer connectors at no additional cost to you

What Is CRON scheduling?
CRON scheduling allows you the flexibility to configure replication jobs in a variety of ways. For example, you can setup jobs to run at 6am every day or once every week, etc.
What Is table level scheduling?
Daton supports a multi-speed pipeline. If you have multiple tables in a single integration, you can setup Daton to replicate different tables at different frequencies based on your requirements.
What Is custom data connector development?
We add new connectors to the platform and prioritize this development based on the plan you are on.
What are groups?
Groups functionality allows you to select multiple integrations and assign them a tag to easily identify a collection that follows a logical premise. For example, as a DTC brand, you can create a group the encompasses all integration related to your US business in one group and your UK business in another group.
What Is configuration cloning?
Cloning capability enables faster creation of new connectors based on existing setups. However, on-going maintenance like adding new tables has been performed at an individual integration level.
What are templates?
Templates enable easier configuration and management for multi-brand companies like agencies and aggregators. You can create templates with pre-defined replication configurations. You can also use the templates to quickly create copies of these configurations for the different brands that you support.
What is multiple destination support?
Some plans allow creating multiple destinations and mapping of different integrations to different destinations. Common use cases for this setup are maintaining a development and production destination and sending data to these destinations without creating a clutter in your production staging area.
